Most synthetic iron supplements contain non-haem iron which has an absorption rate of just 1-10%. Comparatively, the absorption rate of haem iron from sources like beef spleen and liver is 25–30%.

Yes. Methyl form is the most active form of certain vitamins. The B12 in Natures Iron is in Methylcobalamin form while the folate is in 5-methyltetrahydrofolate form. These are the two most bioavailable forms of these vitamins.

Vitamin A from animal sources comes in the form of Preformed Vitamin A (the most bioavailable form). It is the active form and is found exclusively in animal foods like liver.
