About

Nahla Earth means ‘successful earth’.

The earth has everything we need for good health and our ancestors knew it.

Today the two most known hunter-gather groups which remain are the Tanzanian Hadza and Bolivian Tsimane. They have little in terms of material possessions or access to medical care but are some of the healthiest and happiest people on earth.

In fact, a recent study showed that the Bolivian Tsimane have the healthiest coronary arteries ever recorded, while another study found that the Hadza score higher for happiness than many western cultures (1)(2).

These communities of people hunt, laugh, bond, eat well, connect with nature and have a rich sense of community. They embody what it means to be a human being.

Now compare this to the western culture.

We are material rich and have great access to medical care but are some of the sickest people alive. More than 1 in 3 adults now have some kind of chronic illness.

We are surrounded by chemicals, pesticides, processed food and have little to no sense of community. We are glued to our phones.

As a society, we have lost touch with the earth's innate ability to heal us, sustain us and provide us with vitality.

We were not meant to be so disconnected from our ancestral ways and it is making us sick.

Nahla Earth is about providing you with the tools you need to reconnect with earth.

Whether that is providing evidence based information around the benefits of ancestral habits or providing you with supplements rich in nutrients - we just want to be apart of your journey to optimal health.
