If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, a $5 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
This fee covers the costs we incur in amending or cancelling orders prior to dispatch.
If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may return unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
A $12.99 return shipping fee (to cover return costs) and the $5 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

To qualify for a refund:
The guarantee applies to 1 jar/bottle per customer only (regardless of the number of units purchased). If you purchase 2x or 3x only 1 will be refunded.
You must complete the entire jar/bottle as directed on the label (e.g. Iron By Nature contains 90 capsules. 3 capsules daily or 6 every second day must have been followed).
The claim must be submitted within 35 days of the delivery date listed on your tracking information.
The guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of a product.
Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
You must not be taking any other supplements during the trial period, as this may affect results.
